Dr. Levin is is the co-director of the USU Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Research Group and a Professor in the Combined Clinical/Counseling Psychology Ph.D. program at Utah State University. His presentation will focus on using ACT as an innovative method of addressing health and wellbeing, with a specific emphasis on three areas: College Mental Health, Chronic Health Condition, and Health Behavior Change. He will also provide insight into the wide variety of digital materials the ACT Research Group has developed, and how they are providing accessible and research-supported resources for underserved populations.
